This notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089). The employer intends to permanently employ a foreign national in the job opportunity described below.

Notice is hereby given that Compassion North America Home Health services Corp has filed an application for permanent labor certification (Form ETA-9089) with the United States Department of Labor (DOL) for the position of Director of Nursing at our location in Cedar Rapids Iowa.

Job Requirements:

·      Conduct OASIS assessments

·      Prepare skilled nursing plans of care and provide audit and quality assurance for plans completed by other RNs

·      Complete competency assessments for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses, and Home Health Aides

·      Supervise CNAs, HHAs. LPNs and other RNs

·      Treat patients according to plan of care

Minimum Qualification

BSc. nursing, United States. Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with professional college. Two years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, including two years of field experience conducting OASIS assessments and auditing the work of other RNs conducting OASIS assessments and developing effective plans of care for patients.

WAGE OFFER: $67,954.00 dollars per year

This notice is posted here in a conspicuous location on the Compassion North America Home Health services Corp website www.compassionna.com where company jobs are advertised and on the Job Board easily visible and accessible to the United States workers of Compassion North America Home Health Services Corp,  near the wage and hour notices at the main office located at 2841 Johnson Avenue NW STE 3 Cedar Rapids Iowa 52405 for ten (10) consecutive days beginning February 5, 2025 and ending or will be removed on February 15, 2025, for any interested party to review and submit relevant information regarding the job opportunity. This Notice of Filing will be posted between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.
