Business Objectives
This business has the following specific objectives:
To provide Complex Nursing Plan services to at least 600 clients per year with chronic health conditions or complex healthcare needs in the home care setting within six (6) years.
To provide Basic Nursing Plan services to at least 300 clients per year in the home care setting within six (6) years.
To provide Palliative Nursing Plan services to at least 100 clients per year within the last two months of their life in the home care setting within six (6) years.
To provide Group Home Plan services to at least one group home of not more than 10 individuals within six (6) years.
To collaborate with community health service providers in implementing ongoing recruiting activities for frontline staff members such as RNs to meet staffing needs in the home care sector within six (6) years.
To contribute to the employment of minority groups and immigrants by providing training and employment experience to eligible individuals.
